What data we process
When you use the contact form we process the information you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, selected service area and your message. When you contact us by email or phone we process corresponding information.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data, personal identity numbers or case details through the form. We receive such information only once an engagement has started, and in a secure way.
Purposes and legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and book a consultation – legitimate interest and steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To perform engagements and comply with legal obligations, e.g. under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act and anti-money-laundering rules – contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Engagement data is kept for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as required by law.
Recipients and processors
The form is received via our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA) and forwarded to our email at Microsoft 365. Transfers to third countries rely on the European Commission's EU–US Data Privacy Framework decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification or erasure, to request restriction, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability. Contact us at info@accountsalegal.com.
